Rebecca is very wiggly. Anyone who's met her probably witnessed that. Her hands flail around like nobody's business and this week she did quite a number on her little nose! I thought I was doing a decent job keeping up with her manicures, but apparently not. See:
Poor little thing! That one looks better now, but just as it was starting to heal up, she went to town yesterday. She was mad, and tired and fighting a nap (as usual) and started grabbing at her face. She created two more gouges on her nose. I will be doing a manicure every other day from now on!!
The weather was so nice on Saturday, that we took her to the park again. I think she really likes getting out of the stroller and seeing new things. Here she is on the way to our shady spot at the park! Doesn't she look excited?
Here we are at the park. We let her feel the grass and she seemed really interested in it. I let her toes touch it a little bit too. I think it was a totally new feeling for her. Daddy also gave her a stick. It seemed like a good idea for about 5 seconds until she poked herself with it.
Here are some pictures of me and Mike with Rebecca. We also decided to go down a little tiny slide. It was fun - but not sure if there was really much of a reaction from her.
Here are a couple of pictures of Mike reading some nursery rhymes to Rebecca.
And last but not least - 2 other pictures that were just really cute, so I had to include them. In the first one, you can see the other battle scars on her nose!
