'Tis The Season

We've been up to lots of fun holiday things.  Here are some pictures:

We went to a Holiday Workshop offered through our city's parks and rec.  The kids got to make crafts, play some games and then listen to Santa read a story!
Here she is making a noodle wreath.  She did it almost all by herself and it is now proudly hanging on our tree!
Here's Rebecca focusing very intently on a game of Bingo!
They had some photo booth type props - here's Mike as Santa!
And here's me as an elf!
As I'm sure you've all seen by now in your Christmas cards, Rebecca is not really enjoying Santa!  As soon as she saw him walk in the room, she started to cry.  But as soon as she realized she didn't have to sit with him, she was fine, enjoyed the stories he read, and said "bye bye Santa" when he left!
Her school had a little performance on Wednesday.  It was a bit of a mess, but I did get to go see her class sing.  Here she is waiting for her moment on the stage!
This one has nothing to do with Christmas, it was just a really cute picture!
Last but not least, here she is in some footy pajamas.  She hates having things on her feet.  She made me take these off not too long after I put them on.  She also cries when we try to put socks on her feet.  I even got her some cute Minnie Mouse slippers to try and warm up her toes, but she doesn't like to wear them!
She is really enjoying Christmas this year...mostly lights, the idea of presents and singing some songs.  She will sing Jingle Bells, Rudolph and Santa Claus is Comin' to Town with me.  So cute
