Date Night!

Last night, my friend Laurie and her kids came over to babysit so Mike & I could go out to dinner together!  It was a treat, let me tell you.  We left her one other time when my mom and dad were here, but this was the first official time when it was not Grandma & Grandpa!  Here's a picture of our babysitters:

This was a momentous enough occasion to take family picture mostly because Mike and I were actually dressed properly AND I had makeup on!  99% of the time in the last 7 weeks, we are in the house looking like a couple of hobos!  I hate to admit it, but I've even got out in public looking like a hobo several times.  But...it was mostly just trips to Walmart for diapers or formula, and almost everyone at Walmart looks like a hobo, so I fit right in!
