- Ding Dong
- say "trick or treat"
- Receive candy
- say "thank you"
- say "here mommy, here's my candy" as you turn over your candy to mommy!
We had a fun and very busy Halloween. First, we took Rebecca to my office where Halloween is a BIG holiday! Employees are allowed to bring kids and spouses and a trick-or-treat is organized around the offices. Rebecca did great. She was a little overwhelmed at first - lots of noise - lots of people talking to her - and a couple of scary costumes, but she did well. About half way through she did start crying, but I think she was just super tired.
Here are the pictures of the work party:

Aside from Halloween, she's been very busy lately. I think I mentioned in the last post how she's fascinated with stacking things and also with bags and boxes and things. I had a few empty diaper boxes laying around because I like to save them - they're nice and sturdy for storing stuff. Anyway, she's been stacking those on top of each other and putting stuff in them, carrying them around, etc. Last night, she climbed into one all by herself:
And last but not least...we have such a hard time getting good pictures of her - and it's even more rare to get her smiling. I was trying the other day and got this one...a face only a mother could love?
