- On the way to school one morning, she was mad about something and told me "I'm not happy. I am the OPPOSITE of happy".
- We were painting fairy houses (you'll see them below) last weekend and Rebecca had paint on her face, her hands...everywhere. She went to the bathroom herself to wash it off. Now, I was using my little tubes of acrylic craft paint, which as everyone knows, you have to rub it a little to wash it off. She obviously just ran it under the water and I hear her screaming in horror. Seriously - like a rabid dog was after her. She looks at me and says "I'm gonna have paint hands forever" Then she caught sight of her face and said "I'm also gonna have paint face forever".
- We were grocery shopping on Saturday and she was striking up a conversation with the checker whose name was Denni. Rebecca explained "hey...there's a restaurant named Dennys" and then we got to talking about breakfast food and if Rebecca had a restaurant it would only serve French toast and donuts. Then she says to the checker "I'm a big BIG fan of donuts"!
- Lastly - we were at the park or a playground or something and I hear her introduce herself to some kids "I am Rebecca MaeAnn Fernie but sometimes my mom and dad call me schnickelfritz"

Hot Days in CA
It's been pretty hot the last few days. We played in the hose for some relief.
Nature Walk
We went on a quick nature walk to look at bugs (she got a bug kit from the prize box). It was fun watching her explore.
Swinger
No, not that kind of swinger...she's only 3!!! This was at gymnastics class.
