Yes, it's actually raining in Southern California! A storm moved through yesterday morning and we're in the middle of a huge one right now! They're saying we could get 4 or 5 inches of rain in the next couple of days.
Anyway, since it had rained yesterday, but was sunny when I got home, I decided to take Rebecca out and let her splash around in the puddles - knowing I would probably have to give her a bath when we were done. Boy, did I!! Here are some pics:

| Another one with the tongue out! I think she was trying to get the water on her tongue, which is gross considering that it's pretty muddy! When we first got out there, I did catch her getting about 1" away from sticking her entire face in the puddle! |

And last but not least, why not just sit right down in the puddle and really enjoy the experience! You can see that her bottom is completely soaked. When I changed her diaper after, it had absorbed all the dirty water from the outside. Gross!

She had a ton of fun - and I had fun splashing with her! Let's just say she was NOT happy to come inside, even though I promised her that we could go "swimming" (aka - take a bath)!
